Centralization
Centralizing verified psychosocial and community resources across all regions of Quebec and Canada.
Our mission is to facilitate free, anonymous, and equitable access to reliable mental health resources through a Canada-wide digital referral platform.
My Web Hub is a digital platform launched in 2023 that acts as a "2-1-1 for Mental Health" Online. Free, bilingual, and accessible in Quebec, this tool brings together validated resources, psychosocial services, and training in one place. Our goal is clear: to facilitate access to mental health support, without judgment, by overcoming geographical, financial, and social barriers. The founding team is made up of professionals in mental health, communications, and digital development, driven by a desire to transform access to psychological well-being on a national scale.
The need is immense and growing. One in five Canadians will suffer from a mental health disorder, and 15% of them will not have access to the help they need. This is even more acute in remote areas and for people with low incomes. While the pandemic has exacerbated psychological distress, there is a lack of a simple, fast, and centralized tool to direct people to the right resources. Mon Carrefour Web addresses this gap with an inclusive, geolocated, and up-to-date approach, providing users with a reliable reference point for improving their well-being.
For successful personal and professional development.
Become the national benchmark for centralized digital mental health referral services, providing more equitable, rapid, and humane access to assistance.
Within 5 to 10 years, My Web Hub aspires to become a essential digital social infrastructure in Canada

Our vision is part of a systemic transformation process: putting information at the service of well-being and reducing distress through clear, rapid, and relevant guidance.
A simple and reliable gateway for anyone seeking psychological support, regardless of their region, language, status, or situation.
An interactive and intelligent hub, updated in real time, connecting citizens, community resources, institutions, and technological innovations.
A national community of practice that helps reduce delays in accessing care, combats fragmentation within the system, and reduces inequalities in access to mental health care.
