Our goal is to make it easier to access mental health support

My Web Hub is a digital platform launched in 2023 that acts as a "2-1-1 for Mental Health" Online. Free, bilingual, and accessible in Quebec, this tool brings together validated resources, psychosocial services, and training in one place. Our goal is clear: to facilitate access to mental health support, without judgment, by overcoming geographical, financial, and social barriers. The founding team is made up of professionals in mental health, communications, and digital development, driven by a desire to transform access to psychological well-being on a national scale.

What we do

daily

The need is immense and growing. One in five Canadians will experience a mental health disorder, and 15% of them will not have access to the help they need.

This observation is even more striking in remote areas and among low-income individuals. While the pandemic has exacerbated psychological distress, there is a lack of a simple, fast, and centralized tool to direct people to the right resources. Mon Carrefour Web addresses this gap with an inclusive, geolocated, and up-to-date approach, providing users with a reliable reference point for improving their well-being.
