  7. In vivo exposure: learn to expose yourself to real-life situations that trigger anxiety.
  8. Problem solving : get advice on how to solve anxiety-related problems.
  9. Emotions : explore managing emotions in the context of anxiety.
  10. Affective patterns : discover how emotional patterns can influence your anxiety.
  11. Young's schema questionnaire: deepen your understanding of emotional patterns.
  12. Prevention and relapse assessment : evaluate your progress and learn to anticipate and prevent relapses in anxiety management.
