Daring to go light in 2025 - Keys to cultivating your mental equilibrium

A carrier word acts like a mental anchor, refocusing you on what's essential to you. This year, my anchor word was "Focus" It has helped me to stay true to my priorities, even in moments of doubt.
Practice: Think about what would make you tick in 2025. This word can represent an emotion, an intention or a value. Once you've found it, keep it in sight so that it becomes a constant reminder in your daily life.
3. Embrace your resistance to find your center
It's natural to feel resistance to change or challenges. Rather than fighting against them, I invite you to welcome them. For example, when I feel I don't belong, I take a moment to name that feeling. By acknowledging it, I take away its power and can move forward with greater clarity.
Practice: The next time resistance or an uncomfortable emotion arises, take a deep breath and say to yourself "I welcome what I feel, because it's part of me." This can help you regain your emotional balance.

The pace of life can quickly throw our minds off balance. This year, I've learned the importance of giving myself conscious breaks, such as walking, breathing or simply savoring a moment of silence helped me maintain my mental clarity.
