At My Web Hub, we believe that quick and easy access to reliable mental health resources can change lives. That's why we recently updated our platform and menu to make finding help more seamless and intuitive. These improvements reflect a fundamental shift in our mission and purpose.

Facilitating free, anonymous, and equitable access to reliable mental health resources through a Canada-wide digital referral platform.

Our goal

My Web Hub acts as a "2-1-1 for Mental Health" , free, bilingual, and accessible to everyone in Quebec. We want to simplify the search for help, overcome geographical, financial, and social barriers, and provide a non-judgmental space where everyone can find the right support at the right time.

Our pillars of action

• Centralization: Gather verified community and psychosocial resources across all regions of Quebec and Canada.
• Simplification: Provide clear, accessible, and bilingual digital tools.
• Connection: Connect each person with the resources best suited to their situation.
• Assessment : Observe practices and needs to continuously improve accessibility and document inequalities in mental health.

Our Vision

We aspire to build an essential digital social infrastructure in Canada.
Our ambition? To become the national benchmark for centralization and referral in mental health, for more equitable, rapid, and humane access.

Through this update, we aim to provide:

What has been removed

For the sake of clarity and efficiency, certain sections have been revised or removed.
In particular, the section low-cost services has been withdrawn, as this initiative did not achieve the expected results. Despite the good intentions behind this project, we found that few organizations participated and that users had difficulty finding what they were looking for.

This decision is part of our commitment to focus our efforts on what really works for the community: centralizing psychosocial resources, simplifying the search for help, and creating a reliable and evolving hub.
