I'm passionate about mental health and have worked in many areas of entrepreneurship. In my circle of friends, I've always been the “ mom “, taking care of everyone and helping everyone overcome their problems! Despite my personal challenges, I've always wanted to help as many people as possible overcome life's obstacles. I have been diagnosed with social anxiety, generalized anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder, which has given me a unique perspective on mental health. My primary tools for helping others include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
I've always been passionate about mental health and have worked in many areas of entrepreneurship. In particular, I've explored all aspects of business creation and I've been working in business management for over 13 years. However, my passion for mental health has never left me.
Over the years, I have also accumulated more than 12 certificates in coaching, management and personal development. These certifications have enabled me to develop the skills and knowledge essential to helping others achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
I am currently enrolled at university to obtain a Master's degree in Mental Health. I want to gain more in-depth knowledge and contribute to raising awareness about mental health issues, and I can't wait to see what the future holds in these areas!
I'm convinced that mental health is as important as physical health, and that we need to talk about it more openly and without stigma. I've seen through my own experiences how important it is to support people living with mental disorders, and I'm determined to help change the conversation and help as many people as possible overcome the obstacles life can throw in their way.
Our journey is unique and we all have our own experiences and challenges. However, I'm certain that each stage of our journey can offer us lessons and opportunities for growth.
